ZirconBlue would provide you with the training you’d need to be able to implement ZEDI effectively for your clients. We’d also provide you with ongoing technical support should you need it.
In this relationship, your business would “own” the client and bill them for their ZEDI services with 15% of the setup revenue, and 50% of the recurring revenue, being passed back to ZirconBlue. Your business would also retain 100% of the professional services revenue that results from your ongoing relationship with that client.
ZirconBlue would continue to host and maintain ZEDI on your behalf. Your business would provide the 1st and 2nd line support to your clients but could escalate tickets to 3rd line at ZirconBlue when necessary. ZirconBlue would then report back to you with its recommendations so that you can guide the client to a successful resolution of the issue.
This type of relationship provides your business with a substantial opportunity to earn significant amounts of once-off and recurring revenue once your people are fully up-to-speed with the configuration and use of ZEDI.
